Try ApplyPilot Pro with confidence. If you are not happy with the product, request a refund within 3 calendar days of your first subscription payment and we will refund your first month’s payment, provided the account has generated no more than 5 full AI application packs and has not breached fair-use rules.
Feedback requirement
To request a refund, you must tell us why the product did not meet your expectations. This feedback is required so we can understand what went wrong and improve the product.
Eligibility
- Refund request must be made within 3 calendar days of the first subscription payment.
- The account must have generated no more than 5 full AI application packs.
- The guarantee applies only to the first subscription payment for a new account.
- Refunds are reviewed manually and are not automatically approved.
- Refunds are not available for repeat subscriptions, misuse, excessive usage, fraudulent activity or breach of fair-use rules.
Cancellation and access
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing. If no refund is approved, access normally remains active until the end of the current paid billing period. If a full refund is approved, Pro access may be ended immediately. Previously generated packs and tailored CV downloads remain available unless the account is deleted or restricted for misuse.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are processed manually through Stripe. Depending on the card issuer or bank, refunds may take several business days to appear. For refund or support questions, contact support@applypilotpro.co.uk.
