1. About ApplyPilot

ApplyPilot is a software tool that helps users draft, organise and tailor job-application materials. It may generate match insights, CV suggestions, tailored CV drafts, cover letters, recruiter messages, application question answers and tracker entries. ApplyPilot does not apply to jobs for users and does not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, salary outcomes or applicant tracking system results.

2. User responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing, verifying and editing all content before using it. You must not use ApplyPilot to create or submit false, misleading or exaggerated information about your experience, qualifications, certifications, employers, dates, achievements, right-to-work status or salary history.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to create fraudulent applications or impersonate another person.
• Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, billing controls, security controls or account restrictions.
• Do not upload unlawful, confidential third-party or sensitive information unless you have the right to use it.
• Do not use automated scraping or bulk generation outside the limits offered by the service.

4. AI-generated content

ApplyPilot may use AI systems to generate draft text. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive or unsuitable. The service is designed to support human review, not replace it. You must check all content before submitting it to employers, recruiters or job platforms.

5. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing page. If you cancel, access normally remains active until the end of the paid billing period. Previously generated packs, tracker entries and tailored CV downloads remain available after cancellation, but new Pro generation requires an active subscription.

6. Fair usage

The Pro plan includes a monthly allowance of full AI application packs. Usage limits, fair-use controls and plan features may change as the product evolves. We may restrict, pause or terminate accounts that abuse the service or materially exceed intended usage.

7. Availability and changes

ApplyPilot is an early-stage product. Features, pricing, limits and availability may change. We may suspend the service for maintenance, security, provider outages, API quota issues or operational reasons.
